Personal Page

Menu path: From the Registration menu, choose Entry & Reports, choose Student Demographic, and then select Personal.

The Personal page includes several fields used for Texas State Reporting.

Student race information and the student's state ID are entered on this page.
Three additional fields are program-tracked to enter date ranges for the fields.
The student's Unique ID can be viewed and updated on this page.

Fields	Description
Hispanic/Latino Ethnicity (e1064)	Select Yes if the student should report as Hispanic/Latino. 101 Record; TREx.
Race (E1059, E1060, E1061, E1062, E1063)	Select the race codes that apply to the student. An administrator enters the State Code Equiv to correspond to the race code in the Race validation table. 101 Record; TREx.
Meal Status (e0785)	Refer to PEIMS Economically Disadvantaged Program. 101 Record.
At Risk (e0919)	Indicates if the student meets at-risk criteria. Click the link to display the dates for the student's at-risk history. If the last line has a Start Date but no End Date and the line's Value field is selected, the At Risk field is set to Yes. 110 Record.
Migrant (e0984)	Click the link to display the dates for the student's migrant history. If the last line has a Start Date but no End Date and the line's Value field is selected, the Migrant field is set to Yes. 101 Record.
PEIMS ID	State student ID number for the student. This is the student's Social Security number or a state-approved alternative identification number. The label for this field is defined by your district. All Student Records; TREx; PET.
Unique ID	The student identifying number used to integrate the student's records into the TSDS Education Data Warehouse. This is a number you have uploaded into eSchoolPlus from a state-provided file through Student Unique ID Processing. 102 Record.
Legal/Birth Information Panel Fields	Do not use the Legal/Birth Information Panel fields to record a student's legal or birth information. Enter the student's legal information on the Registration page.
