PEIMS Download Summary Pages
Several options are available to view and, if required, edit download records and calculated data.
PEIMS Option | Description |

District Download Summary | Use this option to review the download records required for the district. |
Course Download Summary | Use this option to review the download records for a course. |
(Student) Download Search | Use this option to view download records for multiple students in a list. From this page, you can click the link for a student to display the Student Download Summary option. Additionally, you can export the list to a PDF or to an Excel file. |
Student Download Summary | Use this option to review the download records for a student. You can select the submission you want to review or review all history. If you find errors, you can click links to navigate to the source data and make changes or you can edit the download table. |
Staff Download Summary | Use this option to view download records for a staff member. |
