Schedules

All buildings must schedule students to report 090, 300, 305, and 415 records. For elementary schools, refer to Guidelines to Schedule Elementary Schools to help schedule previously unscheduled buildings.

You must place all kindergarten students in a course section defined as the homeroom. Refer to the Home-Room-Indicator field on the PEIMS Course Page.

Student Exceeds State Course Credit Limits

The building scheduling configurations and the Mark Reporting State Courses list determine if eSchoolPlus validates the student's associated credit limit when adding or requesting a course. The validation checks courses completed and in progress and considers all local courses associated with the State Course code for the course you want to add or request.

You can override the credit limit if adding or requesting a course causes the student to exceed the limit.
