Mark Reporting for Non-Scheduled Students

Buildings must create report card records and issue a final mark for all courses to report 415 records for all students in Grades 1 through 12. If a student takes an unscheduled course but requires a 415 record, create a non-scheduled course for the student.

  1. Navigate to the Report Card Summary page.
  2. Search for the appropriate student, then click the student's name link.
  3. Click Add.
  4. On the Course Information panel, select the course.
  5. In the Dates section, enter the Date Added and Date Dropped. This is required if the student was not in the course for the entire length of all marking periods defined in the Master Schedule.
  6. Enter the student's mark reporting information as needed.
  7. Click Save.
