Texas Transcript – EOC Tests

The settings for a student's Test History records determine how the Texas Transcript prints end-of-course (EOC) test results.

EOC Transcript Display Settings

You must define an EOC Transcript Display record for the student's Graduation Year for the transcript to display EOC test results.

  1. For each subject requiring an EOC test, you can decide to show test results on the Texas Transcript. To hide results for a subject, clear the associated test name field.
  2. Determine if you want to print only passing scores (Highest Level of at least Level II) using one of the following options:
    • Select Display Only If Passing.
    • Choose Is Passing - Is Passing for the Score Display.
  3. Enter values for the Exclude Score Codes field to define codes to exclude on the transcript. The system checks the field defined as the Score Code for the EOC test in the TREx Assessment Configuration.
  4. Choose an option for the Score Display to determine how the student's test information displays on the transcript.

Student EOC Requirements HB5 Settings

You can also display exemptions and overrides for student EOC test results. Refer to the Student EOC Requirements HB5 section for more information.
