Menu Path: Select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student Demographic, then select Emergency.

Select the Medical Alert Code = SCOL for students who have been diagnosed with Scoliosis. The Texas Spinal Screening Report includes students with a Scoliosis medical alert in the Under Prior Treatment count.
