This association represents the Title I Part A program(s) that a student participates in or from which the Student receives services. The association is an extension of the StudentProgramAssociation specific to Title I Part A programs.
Selection Criteria

The student must not be excluded from state reporting.

The student's school of enrollment must not be excluded from state reporting.

Publish all student enrollments associated with programs in a selected year.
Note: Student Programs from current enrolment are only published.

Additional Information
For Title I Status (TIT1A), the evaluation process first checks the State Building of Residence. If no data is available, the Entry/Withdrawal Building is reviewed to assign the Title I Status.
The Title I - Part A assignment logic will use the student’s enrollment building instead of SBRES for regular buildings.
