Staff Data for PA State Reporting
In order for staff to be reported in the Course Instructor template Primary Instructor ID field, the software will first get the staff ID stored in the Teacher of Record field on the PIMS Course page (Scheduling > Courses > Course Sections > PIMS Course) for a given course and section and will report the corresponding staff state ID or, if that is blank, the SSN found on Scheduling > Courses > Resources > Staff > Staff Information panel.
If the PIMS Course Teacher of Record value is not set, the software will use the Primary Staff field on the Master Schedule Course Information page (Scheduling > Courses > Course Sections > Master Schedule) and will report the corresponding state id or, if blank, the SSN (again, found on Scheduling > Courses > Resources > Staff > Staff Information panel).
