Validate Data
eSchoolPlus includes the ability to validate discipline information, either for a single student or for all students, based on validation rules. On a user-basis, you define validation groups determining which validation rules an individual can apply.
This section includes information for the following options:

Verify Data – Student-level | Use this option to run data validation for the rules authorized for your validation group. Run the validation for a single student. |
Verify Data – District-level | Use this option to run a process to verify student data based on pre-defined data validation rules. Run the validation for all students or for selected students. |
Verification Results | Use this option to view the results of the Verify Data option for a student. This tool helps you to review all the related errors for a student. |
Validation Groups | Use this option to group validation rules that you want to process together. |
