PIMS CTE Student
Menu path: Select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student District Defined, and then select PIMS CTE Student.

CIP Code | Select the student's CIP Code. CTE Student |
| Delivery Method | Select the appropriate delivery method. CTE Student |
| Reporting Date | Enter the Reporting Date. CTE Student |
| Reporting Date Period Level | Defaults to Year and should not be update. CTE Student |
| CTE Status Type | If the student has completed or dropped out of a CTE program, select the appropriate reason. CTE Student |
| Registered Apprenticeship | Checked if the student is participating in a Registered Apprenticeship program. CTE Student |
| Internship | Checked if the student is participating in an Internship. CTE Student |
| Cooperative Work | Checked if the student is participating in a cooperative work program. CTE Student |
| Job Exploration | Checked if the student is participating in a Job Exploration program. CTE Student |
| Agriculture Experience | Checked if the student is participating in an Agricultural Experience program. CTE Student |
| School Spon Enterprise | Checked if the student is participating in a School Sponsored Enterprise program. CTE Student |
| Program Hours | Enter the number of hours in the student's program. CTE Student |
| Percent Complete | Enter the percentage of the CTE program the student has completed. CTE Student |
| Work Based Experience | Checked if the student is participating in a Work-Based experience program. CTE Student |
Post Secondary Credits | If the student is receiving post-secondary credits, enter the number here. CTE Student |
| CTE Program Performance Code | Select the student's CTE Performance Program Code CTE Student |
| Pell Grant Indicator | Checked if the student received Pell Grant aid during the year. CTE Student |
| Academic Instruction Code | Select the student's Academic Instruction Code. CTE Student |
| POS Task List Complete | Select Y or N if student has completed POS Task List. 12th grade students must be marked Y or N. Students in all other grades are N/A. CTE Student |
| CTE Indicator | Setting indicating whether the PIMS Download should create a record for the student when you process the CTE Student template. Select this box if the student should get a CTE Student record through PIMS Download. Clear the box if the download should ignore this student. |
