Student Ethnicity (L) File Errors and Warnings

ERROR: The serving County District Code must be a 5 character value

Update the State Equivalency Code field on the District record to be the correct 5 digit value (Administration > General Setup > District > District).

ERROR: SSID must be 10 characters long which it is not for student Id Student ID

Update the State Reporting ID (SSID) field on the student's Personal page to be 10 characters in length (Registration > Entry & Reports > Student Demographic > Personal).

ERROR: SSID must be a numeric value for student Id Student ID

Update the State Reporting ID (SSID) field on the student's Personal page to not have alpha characters in it (Registration > Entry & Reports > Student Demographic > Personal).

ERROR: SSID can not start with 0 for student Id Student ID

Update the State Reporting ID (SSID) field on the student's Personal page to the correct value that does not start with a zero (Registration > Entry & Reports > Student Demographic > Personal).

WARNING: An SSID Number is not entered for student Id Student ID

Verify that the student should not have an SSID in eSchoolPLUS yet (Registration > Entry & Reports > Student Demographic > Personal).

ERROR: Student's Ethnicity was not entered for student id Student ID

Go to the Student's Personal page and enter a value in the Hispanic Ethnicity field.
