Staff (F) File Errors and Warnings

WARNING: Staff is not Scheduled for any course. Please schedule staff: Staff ID

This is for information only. Verify that the staff member should not be listed as Primary Staff for any courses.

ERROR: Birth Date is blank for staff: Staff ID

Update the Staff member's birth date by going to Administration > Registration Setup > Building > Staff.

ERROR: Age is less than 18 years for Staff: Staff ID

Update the Staff member's birth date by going to Administration > Registration Setup > Building > Staff.

ERROR: Type Code and Certify Type is blank for staff: Staff ID

Update the WA Staff Information page to have the correct Type Code and Certify Code. Go to Administration > Registration Setup > Building > Staff > District-Defined panel > WA Staff Information.

ERROR: Type Code is blank for staff: Staff ID

Update the WA Staff Information page to have the correct Type Code. Go to Administration > Registration Setup > Building > Staff > District-Defined panel > WA Staff Information.

ERROR: Certify Type is blank for staff: Staff ID

Update the WA Staff Information page to have the correct Certify Code. Go to Administration > Registration Setup > Building > Staff > District-Defined panel > WA Staff Information.

ERROR: Staff Certification is blank for staff: Staff ID

A Staff Member is required to have a State ID if their Type Code is not equal to 990, 993, 910 or 913. You will see this error if the Staff Type Code is anything other than those listed above and there is no value in the Staff State ID field (Administration > Registration Setup > Building > Staff.

ERROR: Staff Certification Value should be less than or equal to 7 characters for Staff: Staff ID

This error indicates that there is a State ID entered for the Staff Member but that it does not meet the length requirements of the State. The Staff State ID should be less than or equal to 7 characters long. Go to Administration > Registration Setup > Building > Staff and update the Staff State ID field.
