Student Race (M) File Errors and Warnings

WARNING: Race: Race Code has a blank value for state code equivalent

Update the State Code Equivalent value in the Races validation table in the menu path:

From the Administration menu, choose General Setup, District, and then select Validation Tables. Select all from Applications and then select Registration from Validation Table.

ERROR: The serving County District Code must be a 5-character value

Update the State Equivalency Code value on the District record to be the correct 5-digit value in the menu path:

Select Administration, choose General Setup, District, and then select District: State Equivalency Code field.

ERROR: SSID must be a numeric value for student ID 99999

Update the State Reporting ID (SSID) field on the student's Personal page to not have alpha characters in the menu path:

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Personal: State SSID field.

ERROR: SSID cannot start with 0 for student ID 99999

Update the State Reporting ID (SSID) field on the student's Personal page to the correct value that does not start with a zero in the menu path:

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Personal: State SSID field.

WARNING: An SSID Number is not entered for student ID 99999

Verify that the student should not have an SSID in eSchoolPlus yet in the menu path:

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Personal: State SSID field.

ERROR: Student Race was not entered for student ID 99999

You should not see this error message, but if you do go to the student's Personal page and update the Race field in the menu path:

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Personal: Race field.
