ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - School Year is a required field

School Year prompt

As the school year is a mandatory field, you will not get this error.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - District is a required field

If the State Code Equivalent value of the district is blank, then this error is displayed.

Add the state code equivalent from the menu path:

Select Administration, choose General Setup, District, and then select District: State Equivalency Code field.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Student ID is a required field

If the student ID is blank, then this error is displayed.

As student ID is the mandatory field while creating an Entry/Withdrawal, you will not get this error. Menu path:

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Entry/Withdrawal.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - State Identifier is a required field

If the State SSID is blank/null, then this error is displayed.

Add the State SSID from the menu path:

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Personal: State SSID field.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - SSID is not valid

If the State SSID is more than 10 characters or starts with 0 or not numeric, then this error is displayed.

Add 10 characters to State SSID which do not start with 0 and should not contain any alphabets from the menu path:

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Personal: State SSID field.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Building is a required field

If the building value is blank, then this error is displayed.

As building is a required field, you will not get this error. Menu path:

Select Administration, choose Registration Setup, Building, and then select Building Definition.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Incident ID is a required field

If the incident ID is blank, then this error is displayed.

As incident ID is an auto-generated field while creating an incident, you will not get this error. Menu path:

Select Interventions, choose All, Office, and then select Incident Detail: Select Add Incident.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Incident date is a required field

If the incident date is blank, then this error is displayed.

As incident date is a required field while creating an incident, you will not get this error. Menu path:

Select Interventions, choose All, Office, and then select Incident Detail: Select Add Incident.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Offense Code is a required field

If the State Code Equivalent value of the type field is blank, then this error is displayed.

Add the State Code Equivalent value to the type codes from the menu path:

From the Administration menu, choose General Setup, District, and then select Validation Tables. Select all from Applications and then select Incident/Offence Codes from Validation Table.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - State code equiv for the Exclusionary Action is required

If the State Code Equivalent value of the action code is blank/null, then this error is displayed.

Add the State Code Equivalent value for the action codes from the menu path:

From the Administration menu, choose General Setup, District, and then select Validation Tables. Select all from Applications and then select Offence Actions from Validation Table.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Offense Action Start Date is required

If the action start date field is blank/null, then this error is displayed.

Add the action start date value from the menu path:

Select Interventions, choose All, Office, and then select Incident DetailSelect Offenders, choose Offender Detail, Actions, and then select Dates: Scheduled Start Date field.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - State Code Equiv value for the Safety and Security Staff Involvement Status is required

If Staff Involvement Status is not null and State Code Equivalent value of the Staff Involvement Status is blank/null, then this error is displayed.

Add the State Code Equivalent value of Staff Involvement Status from the menu path:

From the Administration menu, choose General Setup, District, and then select Validation Tables. Select all from Applications and then select WA Staff Involvement Status from Validation Table.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Safety and Security Staff Involvement Status Code is not Active

If Staff Involvement Status code is not null and inactive, then this error is displayed.

Set active as Y for the Staff Involvement Status code from the menu path:

From the Administration menu, choose General Setup, District, and then select Validation Tables. Select all from Applications and then select WA Staff Involvement Status from Validation Table.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX -State Code Equiv value for the Safety and Security Staff Involvement Type is required

If Staff Involvement Type is not null and State Code Equivalent value of the Staff Involvement Type is blank/null, then this error is displayed.

Add the State Code Equivalent value of Staff Involvement Type from the menu path:

From the Administration menu, choose General Setup, District, and then select Validation Tables. Select all from Applications and then select WA Staff Involvement Type from Validation Table.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Safety and Security Staff Involvement Type Code is not Active

If Staff Involvement Type code is not null and inactive, then this error is displayed.

Set active as Y for the Staff Involvement Type code from the menu path:

From the Administration menu, choose General Setup, District, and then select Validation Tables. Select all from Applications and then select WA Staff Involvement Type from Validation Table.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX -State Code Equiv value for the Safety and Security Staff Involvement Outcome is required

If Staff Involvement Outcome is not null and State Code Equivalent value of the Staff Involvement Outcome is blank/null, then this error is displayed.

Add the State Code Equivalent value of Staff Involvement Outcome from the menu path:

From the Administration menu, choose General Setup, District, and then select Validation Tables. Select all from Applications and then select WA Staff Involvement Outcome from Validation Table.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Safety and Security Staff Involvement Outcome Code is not Active

If Staff Involvement Outcome code is not null and inactive, then this error is displayed.

Set active as Y for the Staff Involvement Outcome code from the menu path:

From the Administration menu, choose General Setup, District, and then select Validation Tables. Select all from Applications and then select WA Staff Involvement Outcome from Validation Table.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Safety and Security Staff Involvement Status is required

If the State Code Equivalent value of Staff Involvement Status is blank/null, then this error is displayed.

Add the State Code Equivalent value of Staff Involvement Status from the menu path:

From the Administration menu, choose General Setup, District, and then select Validation Tables. Select all from Applications and then select WA Staff Involvement Status from Validation Table.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Safety and Security Staff Involvement Type code is required, if the Safety and Security Staff Involvement Status code is 1

If the State Code Equivalent value of Staff Involvement Status is 1 and Staff Involvement Type is blank/null, then this error is displayed.

Add Staff Involvement Type from the menu path:

Select Interventions, choose All, Office, and then select Incident DetailSelect Offenders, choose Offender Detail, Actions, and then select WA Safety and Security Staff Involvement: Staff Involvement Type field.

ERROR: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Safety and Security Staff Involvement Outcome for Student code is required, if the Safety and Security Staff Involvement Status code is 1

If the State Code Equivalent value of Staff Involvement Status is 1 and Staff Involvement Outcome is blank/null, then this error is displayed.

Add Staff Involvement Outcome from the menu path:

Select Interventions, choose All, Office, and then select Incident DetailSelect Offenders, choose Offender Detail, Actions, and then select WA Safety and Security Staff Involvement: Staff Involvement Outcome field.

WARNING: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Actual Duration is required since the Exclusionary Action is not 'NA'

If the State Code Equivalent value of the action code is “NA“ and actual duration field is blank/null, then this warning is displayed.

Add actual duration value from the menu path:

Select Interventions, choose All, Office, and then select Incident DetailSelect Offenders, choose Offender Detail, Actions, and then select Dates: Actual Duration field.

WARNING: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Exclusionary Time Total Amount is required since the Exclusionary Action is not 'NA'

If the State Code Equivalent value of the action code is “NA“ and the Exclusionary Time Total Amount is blank/null, then this warning is displayed.

Add Exclusionary Time Total Amount value from the menu path:

Select Interventions, choose All, Office, and then select Incident DetailSelect Offenders, choose Offender Detail, Actions, and then select CEDARS Offender Action: Exclusionary Time Total Amount field.

WARNING: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Academic Services is required since the Exclusionary Action is not 'NA'

If the State Code Equivalent value of the action code is “NA“ and the Academic Services is blank/null, then this warning is displayed.

Add Academic Services value from the menu path:

Select Interventions, choose All, Office, and then select Incident DetailSelect Offenders, choose Offender Detail, Actions, and then select CEDARS Offender Action: Academic Services field.

WARNING: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Behavior Services is required since the Exclusionary Action is not 'NA'

If the State Code Equivalent value of the action code is “NA“ and the Behavior Services is blank/null, then this warning is displayed.

Add Behavior Services value from the menu path:

Select Interventions, choose All, Office, and then select Incident DetailSelect Offenders, choose Offender Detail, Actions, and then select CEDARS Offender Action: Behavior Services field.

WARNING: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Petition for Extension is required since the Exclusionary Action is XXXXXX

If the State Code Equivalent value of the action code is “EX“ and the Petition for Extension is blank/null, then this warning is displayed.

Add Petition for Extension from the menu path:

Select Interventions, choose All, Office, and then select Incident DetailSelect Offenders, choose Offender Detail, Actions, and then select CEDARS Offender Action: Petition for Extension field.

WARNING: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Reengagement Plan is required since the Exclusionary Action applied is XXXXXX

If the State Code Equivalent value of the action code is “EX“ or “LS“ and the Reengagement Plan is blank/null, then this warning is displayed.

Add Reengagement Plan from the menu path:

Select Interventions, choose All, Office, and then select Incident DetailSelect Offenders, choose Offender Detail, Actions, and then select CEDARS Offender Action: Reengagement Plan field.

WARNING: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Appeal Code is required since the Exclusionary Action is XXXXXX

If the State Code Equivalent value of the action code is “EX“ or “LS“ or “EE“ and the Appeal Code is blank/null, then this warning is displayed.

Add Appeal Code from the menu path:

Select Interventions, choose All, Office, and then select Incident DetailSelect Offenders, choose Offender Detail, Actions, and then select CEDARS Offender Action: Appeal Code field.

WARNING: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Staff Involvement Outcome must be null when the Staff Involvement Status is 0 - Safety or Security Staff were not involved.

If the State Code Equivalent value of Staff Involvement Status is 0 and Staff Involvement Outcome is not null, then this warning is displayed.

Remove Staff Involvement Outcome from the menu path:

Select Interventions, choose All, Office, and then select Incident DetailSelect Offenders, choose Offender Detail, Actions, and then select WA Safety and Security Staff Involvement: Staff Involvement Outcome field.

WARNING: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Staff Involvement Type must be null when the Staff Involvement Status is 0 - Safety or Security Staff were not involved

If the State Code Equivalent value of Staff Involvement Status is 0 and Staff Involvement Type is not null, then this warning is displayed.

Remove Staff Involvement Type from the menu path:

Select Interventions, choose All, Office, and then select Incident DetailSelect Offenders, choose Offender Detail, Actions, and then select WA Safety and Security Staff Involvement: Staff Involvement Type field.

WARNING: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Reengagement Meeting Interpreter is required if the Date Reengagement Meeting Held is not Null

if the Date Reengagement Meeting Held is not Null and Reengagement Meeting Interpreter is blank/null, then this warning is displayed.

Add Interpreter Requested from the menu path:

Select Interventions, choose All, Office, and then select Incident DetailSelect Offenders, choose Offender Detail, Actions, and then select CEDARS Offender Action: Interpreter Requested field.

WARNING: Incident ID: XXXXXX Incident Date: XXXXXX - Safety and Security Staff Involvement Status - R24 should match for all the students discipline records with single incident

If Staff Involvement Status is not same for all the incidents, then this warning is displayed.

Add same Staff Involvement Status value for the incidents from the menu path:

Select Interventions, choose All, Office, and then select Incident DetailSelect Offenders, choose Offender Detail, Actions, and then select WA Safety and Security Staff Involvement: Staff Involvement Status field.
