Location (A) File Errors and Warnings

ERROR: Calendar Dates not set for Building: XXX and Calendar: X.

For a building, when the Calendar value on the Building Definition page (reg_building.calendar) does not have the same calendar value for the building on the Calendar page (reg_calendar.calendar).
Example: Building 101 has a Calendar value of 'R' on the Building Definition page and the Calendar value 'R' is not set on the Calendar page for Building 101.

Menu Paths:
Select Administration, choose Registration Setup, Building, and then select Building Definition: Default Calendar field.

Select Administration, choose Registration Setup, Calendars, and then select Building Definition. 

WARNING: There are no students enrolled in Building: XXX.

If there are no active students enrolled in the building.

Menu Paths:
Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and select Entry/Withdrawal: Search with building and current status as 'Active'.

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then Registration: Search with building and current status as 'Active'.
