How to Fix the Issue

WARNING: Instructional Model Code: Instructional Model has a blank value for state_code_equivalent

You should not see this error, but if you do, update the Instructional Model validation table to have the correct value in the State Code Equiv field (menu path: select Administration from the main menu, select General Setup submenu, select District, and then select Validation Tables. You must select Washington State Reporting for Applications and Instructional Model for Validation Table).

WARNING: Placement Test Level: Placement Test Level has a blank value for state_code_equivalent

Update the State Code Equiv field in the Placement Test Level validation table (menu path: select Administration from the main menu, select General Setup submenu, select District, and then select Validation Tables. You must select Washington State Reporting for Applications and Placement Test Level for Validation Table).

WARNING: Program Withdrawal Reason Program Withdrawal Code has a blank value for state_code_equivalent

Update the State Code Equiv field in the Program Withdrawal Codes validation table (menu path: select Administration from the main menu, select General Setup submenu, select District, and then select Validation Tables. You must select Washington State Reporting for Applications and Program Withdrawal Codes for Validation Table).

ERROR: Student: Student ID StateID should be 10 characters in length

Update the State Reporting ID (SSID) field on the student's Personal page to be 10 characters in length (menu path: select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student Demographic, and then select Personal).

ERROR: Student:  StudentID StateID should be a numeric value.

Update the State Reporting ID (SSID) field on the student's Personal page to not have alpha characters in it (menu path: select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student Demographic, and then select Personal).

ERROR: Student: Student ID StateID should not begin with a zero

Update the State Reporting ID (SSID) field on the student's Personal page to the correct value that does not start with a zero (menu path: select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student Demographic, and then select Personal).

WARNING: Student: Student ID StateID is blank

Verify that the student should not have an SSID in eSchoolPlus yet (menu path: select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student Demographic, and then select Personal).

ERROR: Student: Student ID should have a Test Scale Score between 0 and 900

Update the Test Scale Score value on the Student's WA Bilingual page (menu path: select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student District Defined, and then select WA Bilingual).

ERROR: Student: Student ID has an invalid test level score

Update the Test Level Score value on the Student's WA Bilingual page (menu path: select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student District Defined, and then select WA Bilingual).

ERROR: Student: Student ID Program End Date is null but withdrawal reason is Provided for program: Program

You should not see this error, but if you do, go to WA Bilingual page (menu path: select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student District Defined, and then select WA Bilingual) and click on the Instructional Model link. Either update the End Date or remove the Withdrawal Reason.

ERROR: Student: Student ID does not have a valid withdrawal reason for program: Program with start_date: Start Date and end_date: End Date

Update the Program Withdrawal Code for the Bilingual program on the WA Bilingual page (menu path: select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student District Defined, and then select WA Bilingual) and click on the Instructional Model link. Select a Withdrawal Code that starts with BIL.

ERROR: Student: Student ID does not have a valid instruction model code

You should not see this error, but if you do, go to WA Bilingual page (menu path: select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student District Defined, and then select WA Bilingual) and click on the Instructional Model link and update the value in the Value field.

ERROR: Program start date for program: Program should be greater than or equal to the district entry date for student: Student ID

This error indicates that the Program Start Date is prior to the student's entry into your district. District entry date is determined by finding the first Entry Date that has an Entry code that matches one in the District Entry Codes field on the WA District page (menu path: select Administration from the main menu, select General Setup submenu, select District District Defined, and then select WA District). If the student does not have one of these Entry Codes, the District Enrollment Date from the Registration page is used. If that date is also missing, the district entry date is the student's first Entry Date from Entry/Withdrawal. If you get this error, verify the Program Start Date (Registration > Entry & Reports > Student District Defined > WA Bilingual; click on the hyperlink in the Instructional Model field and look at the value in the Start Date field.

ERROR: Program start date for program: Program should be greater than or equal to the student's birth date for student: Student ID

This error indicates that the Program Start Date is prior to the student's birth date. If you get this error, verify the Program Start Date on the WA Bilingual page (menu path: select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student District Defined, and then select WA Bilingual); click on the hyperlink in the Instructional Model field and look at the value in the Start Date field or check that the student's birth date was entered properly (menu path: select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student Demographic, and then select Registration).

ERROR: Program end date for program: Program should be greater than or equal to the program start date for student: Student ID

You should not see this error because eSchoolPlus will not allow a user to enter an End Date on a Program prior to the Start Date. If you do get this error, go to WA Bilingual page (menu path: select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student District Defined, and then select WA Bilingual); click on the hyperlink in the Instructional Model field and look at the values in the Start Date and End Date fields.

ERROR: Student: Student ID does not have a valid district code for district: District with start_date: Start Date

You should not see this error, but if you do, go to WA Bilingual page (menu path: select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student District Defined, and then select WA Bilingual); click on the hyperlink in the Instructional Model field and select a valid value in the Serving District Value field.

ERROR: Instruction model code is blank for student: Student ID for start_date: Start Date and end_date: End Date

You should not see this error, but if you do, go to WA Bilingual page (menu path: select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student District Defined, and then select WA Bilingual); click on the hyperlink in the Instructional Model field and enter a value in the Instructional Model Value field.

ERROR: start_date: Start Date for any of the fields is after all the Instructional Model date ranges for student: Student ID Bilingual Programs trackingThis error indicates that the Start Date for any of the fields is after all the Instructional Model date ranges for student's Bilingual Programs tracking. The start date of the field will be included in the last Instructional Model date range. If you get this error, go to WA Bilingual page (menu path: select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student District Defined, and then select WA Bilingual) and add end dates same as start dates to close the vectors.
