How to Fix the Issue

ERROR: Student Student ID - Program Start Date must be greater than student's birthdate for program - Program

This error indicates that the Program Start Date is prior to the student's birth date. If you get this error, verify the Program Start Date (Registration > Entry & Reports > Student Demographic > Programs; click on the hyperlink for the program reported and look at the value in the Start Date field or check that the student's birth date was entered properly (Registration > Entry & Reports > Student Demographic > Registration).

ERROR: Student Student ID - Program start date should be greater than or equal to the district entry date for program - Program

This error indicates that the Program Start Date is prior to the student's entry into your district. It determines District Entry Date as follows: Look for the first Entry Date that has an Entry code that matches one in the District Entry Codes field on the WA District page (Administration > General Setup > District > District District Defined > WA District). If no matching Entry Code is found, use the District Enrollment Date from the Registration page. If this date is blank, use the first Entry Date in Entry/Withdrawal. If you get this error, verify the Program Start Date (Registration > Entry & Reports > Student Demographic > Programs; click on the hyperlink for the program reported and look at the value in the Start Date field.

Warning: Student Student ID - State code is null for program - Program

If you see this error, log a case with the Help Desk so that the Program Setup can be updated for you.

ERROR: Student Student ID - has Invalid exit reason for program -Program and field Program Line Exit reason can only be 'e' for program Title III Immigrant.

Update the Program Withdrawal Code for the Bilingual program by going to Registration > Entry & Reports > Student District Defined > WA Bilingual and clicking on the Instructional Model link. Select a Withdrawal Code that starts with BIL.

ERROR: District District has blank State Code.

Verify that the Validation-Only district listed has a value in the State Equivalency Code field (Administration > General Setup > District > District.
