How to Fix the Issue

ERROR: Student XXXXX - School Withdrawal Code is C2, Student must be enrolled in program Student Identified with a Disability

If the selected withdrawal code is C2 and student is not enrolled in Student Identified with a Disability program, then this error is displayed.

Change the withdrawal code or enroll in Student Identified with a Disability Program from the menu paths:

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Entry/Withdrawal: Withdrawal Code field.

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Programs: Student Identified with a Disability field.

Add the Disability details from the menu path:

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Emergency: Disability field.

ERROR: Student XXXXX - School Withdrawal Code is C2, Student must be enrolled in program Special Education

If the selected withdrawal code is C2 and the student is not enrolled in the Special Education program, then this error is displayed.

Change the withdrawal code or enroll in the Special Education Program from the menu paths:

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Entry/Withdrawal: Withdrawal Code field.

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Programs: WA Special Education field.

WARNING: Exit Date must be equal to or greater than Student Enrolled date

If the Exit/Withdrawal date is less than the Entry/Enrolled date, then this warning is displayed.

Change the withdrawal date from the menu path:

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Entry/Withdrawal: Withdrawal Date field.

ERROR: Student XXXXX - SSID must be 10 characters long which it is not for Student ID XXXXX

If the state SSID is greater/lesser than 10 characters, then this error is displayed.

Change the state SSID from the menu path:

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Personal: State SSID field.

ERROR: Student XXXXX - SSID must be a numeric value for Student ID XXXXX

If the state SSID is other than numeric values, then this error is displayed.

Change the state SSID from the menu path:

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Personal: State SSID field.

ERROR: Student XXXXX - SSID cannot start with 0 for Student ID XXXXX

If the state SSID value starts with 0, then this error is displayed.

Add the state SSID from the menu path:

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Personal: State SSID field.

ERROR: Student XXXXX - Student's SSID cannot be blank

If the state SSID is blank/null, then this error is displayed.

Add the state SSID from the menu path:

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Personal: State SSID field.

ERROR: Enrollment date is a required field and was blank for student

If the entry/enrollment date is blank, then this error is displayed.

Set the enrollment date from the menu path:

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Entry/Withdrawal: Entry Date field.

ERROR: Withdrawal Code cannot be blank when there is an Exit date

If the withdrawal code is blank, with an exit date, then this error is displayed.

Set the withdrawal code from the menu path:

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Entry/Withdrawal: Withdrawal Code field.

ERROR: Exit Date cannot be blank when there is a Withdrawal code

If the withdrawal date is blank, when there is a withdrawal code, then this error is displayed.

Set the withdrawal date from the menu path:

Select Registration, choose Entry & Reports, Student Demographic, and then select Entry/Withdrawal: Withdrawal Date field.
