Update the State Course for the course in the Course Catalog by going to Scheduling > Courses > Building Courses > Building Course Catalog.

WARNING: Course Course ID and section Section is not active in building Building Course is not processed."

This indicates that all the students have dropped the course that this staff member was scheduled to teach.
