Student Schedule (E) File Errors and Warnings

WARNING: Student Student ID has dropped out of Course Course Number and Course Section Section Number on date Drop Date

This is informational only. No action is necessary unless the student did not drop the course. If you need to fix this, go to Scheduling > Student Schedules > Schedule Entry or Scheduling > Utilities > Student Mass Updates > Schedules Mass Update and re-add the course to the student's schedule.

WARNING: Student Student ID does not have State ID.

Verify that the student should not have an SSID in eSchoolPLUS yet (Registration > Entry & Reports > Student Demographic > Personal).

ERROR: Student Student ID - State ID is not equal to 10 digits.

Update the State Reporting ID (SSID) field on the student's Personal page to be 10 characters in length (Registration > Entry & Reports > Student Demographic > Personal).

ERROR: Student Student ID - State ID should not begin with 0.

Update the State Reporting ID (SSID) field on the student's Personal page to the correct value that does not start with a zero (Registration > Entry & Reports > Student Demographic > Personal).

ERROR: Student Student ID - State ID is not numeric.

Update the State Reporting ID (SSID) field on the student's Personal page to not have alpha characters in it (Registration > Entry & Reports > Student Demographic > Personal).
