OR NCLB Title X Homeless Collection

eSchoolPlus now includes the ability to generate the submission file for the NCLB Title X: Homeless collection. Prerequisites and processing for this collection will be documented in a future release of the Oregon eSchoolPlus State Reporting user guide.
