Course Data

To report Course information properly for Oregon State Reporting, please make sure that you update the OR OPTE Information page properly. You must also make sure that courses to be included in the Staff Assignment collection have a State Course assigned to them.

Data for State Reporting at the Course Catalog level is retrieved from the Building Course Catalog (Scheduling > Courses > Building Courses > Building Course Catalog > click Course link) area even if you are using the District Course Catalog.
