Notes

  • Read-only data: The EdPlan data in eSchoolPlus SIS cannot be edited. PSSP is the system of record. Any corrections must be made in PSSP and will be reflected after the next daily refresh.

  • Daily refresh: Data is overwritten daily. The WhenModified timestamp on the record indicates when the last refresh occurred.

  • One record per student: Only the current record is maintained; historical data is not captured.

  • Status field: A value of I (case-insensitive) marks the student as inactive in EdPlan. Any other value (or blank) leaves the student as active.

  • Race/Ethnicity format: Multiple race/ethnicity codes are comma-delimited (for example, BL7,WH7).
