November 2024 Major Maintenance Release

These changes have been released in the following software version:

ESP-99456	PEIMS Restraints	Updated the Event Date field width on the PEIMS Restraints page to ensure the full date is visible.
ESP-99234	TREx Export	Removed the Difference Reason Hours tag from the Accelerated Instruction block in TREx Old and New exports.
ESP-99121	TREx Export	Updated processing to handle all gender values during extraction, preventing errors and ensuring all student records are processed correctly in TREx Export (new).
ESP-98822	Career Tech/Contact Hours	Resolved the error where the TX-Career Tech/Contact hours were not getting logged in the View Task Logs page.
ESP-98623	Course/Staff/Student Download Log	Resolved an error where the log incorrectly displayed: "calculated monthly minutes was overridden by 0", even when the Monthly Override field had no assigned value.
ESP-97307	Course/Staff/Student Download	Added validation to check if credits exist in the Course Session Header but are missing in the Course Marking Period Detail for Course Completion (415) download and a warning message is logged.
