Granular Att Absence Codes - Used to capture a comma-delimited list of attendance codes for publishing granular attendance.
ESP-113270	TREx Export	Updated the TREx Export process (both individual and batch runs) to populate the CertLicCode element with the TXTX_C214.CODE value rather than the TXTB_C214.DESCRIPTION value in accordance with the latest TREx Data Standards.
ESP-110700	TREx Export	Updated the TREx Export process so that if a student has an active Section 504 program at any point during the school year, they are reported with a Section 504 indicator for the entirety of the school year.
