Implemented the following 2024-2025 DOE updates:

EMIS change 25-2 updates subject code 153001 Financial Literacy. The suggested Subject Area for Credit is
being updated from “–” to “FIN”.
EMIS change 25-36 adds five new subject codes under the Career-Technical Education section:
- Career Field 01: Agricultural & Environmental Systems Codes
  - 012030 Foundations of Sustainable and Innovative Agriculture
  - 012035 Precision Applications in Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources
- Career Field 14: Manufacturing Technologies Codes
