Corrected the CSV file format of the Student Assessment (FA) file layout. The FA210 and FA212 columns, which were previously merged, are separated.

• FA210: Test Date (CCYYMM)

• FA212: Test Day of the Month

The date format on the Download Summary page for FC (Student Missing Override Record) has been standardized to YYYYMMDD. The MM/DD/YY format has been removed to save and display dates in YYYYMMDD format, consistent with other student download records.

Assessment Downloads

Updated processing so the customer can delete all assessment types, and only the selected assessment type is rebuilt.

Example behaviour:

• If only ASSESSMENT_GF is selected on the Assessment Download page, and the option “Delete all existing records for this year and reporting period” is selected,
  then all assessments for the current year in the Assessment Download table are deleted before the ASSESSMENT_GF build runs.

• If only ASSESSMENT_GF is selected on the Assessment Download page, and the option “Delete existing records for this year and reporting period, based on the selected filter criteria” is chosen, then only GF assessments for the current year in the Assessment Download table are deleted before the ASSESSMENT_GF build runs.
