Reports
This section will explain the options used to create reports.
Menu Option | Description |

Pre-ID Configuration | Use this option to specify the IEP test type that indicates a student should take an alternate assessment and to indicate the grades to include for the test and the grades for which course information should be included in the Pre-ID file. |
Create Pre-ID File | Use this option to generate the Pre-ID files for standard and alternate assessments. |
| ACT Pre-ID File | Use the option to generate the Pre-ID files for the ACT assessments. |
HQT Report | Use this option to create the principal and teacher status reports required for HQT Toolkit. |
Career Technical Follow Up | Use this option to print the Career-Technical Education Workforce Development survey to send to students or to generate a phone listing to complete the survey by phone. |
KRA Report | Use this option to generate the Pre-ID files for the KRA assessment. |
AIR/AASCD Pre-ID File | Use the option to generate the Pre-ID files for the AIR/AASCD assessments. |
| Seclusion and Restraint Report | Use this to calculate and display the seclusion and restraint behavior incident totals for individual buildings, broken into the categories needed for reporting in the ODE Restraint and Seclusion Data Collection survey. This includes incident totals based on student disabilities. Results from the report calculation can be reviewed using the Restraint and Seclusion Summary option. |
