Download Summaries

There are options you can use to view the download records created for students, courses, mapped courses, correlated courses, and district.

Additionally, you can edit student and course master download data and set an Override box to checked to prevent the record from being rebuilt by the Student/Course Download option. We recommend that you update source data and run the Student/Course Download option again if you need to correct download data. If you change download data directly, you should also correct the source data so that data can be reported correctly for the next submission.
