EMIS Downloads
This section will explain the options used to create download records and edit files for a submission.
Menu Option | Description |

Student/Course Downloads | Use this option to create the download records for a submission. The submission you select to process determines the download records which are created. This option also can be run as an error scan to help you identify data errors prior to creating download records. |
Assessments Downloads | Use this option to create download records for state assessments. |
EMIS Submission Files | Use this option to create the edit files to submit to the state. |
EMIS Error Scan | Use this option to scan download records for fatal errors and for warnings for invalid data. |
