EMIS Submission File and Student Detailed Attendance (FM)

Updated the FM Download to use the same business rules as the FS Download when calculating and generating attendance hours.

• The FM Download will generate at least one Student Detailed Attendance (FM) record for each Student Standing (FS) record.

• When an FS record includes attendance hours, excused absence hours, and unexcused absence hours within the date range, the FM Download will generate at least three FM records.

Success Plan Intervention and EMIS Program

Enhanced EMIS Programs to automatically create and update based on Student Success Plan interventions with a State Course Equivalent. The EMIS Program will use the intervention start date and will be updated with the intervention or success plan completion date, when applicable.

EMIS Submission File, Assessment Downloads, and Student Test Detail

• Added the Mathematics Diagnostic (MD) assessment to the EMIS Assessment Download for the Assessment (A) reporting period.

• Added the MD Test Area Code field to the EMIS District page. Users can also override the test area code for an individual student from the Student Test Detail page.

Validation Table - Incident/Offense Codes

Updated the Incident/Offense Codes validation table:

• Inactivated: Code 01 – Truancy

• Updated descriptions: Codes 03, 04, 10, 11, 14, 18, 19, and 21

• Added new active codes: Codes 23, 24, 25, and 26 for alcohol-related offenses, substance-related offenses, school policy violations, and swatting.

Updated the FS Download/Extract for the 2026–2027 school year. In text-format extracts, the FS320, FS330, and FS340 fields are replaced with filler characters of the same length. In CSV extracts, these columns are excluded entirely.
