August 2024 Major Maintenance Release

Updated processing to resolve an issue where AP Test Score data for certain subtests, including Computer Science AB and Calculus AB, was not processed correctly during downloads due to missing valid State Code Equivalent values.

Added the EMIS District Software district-defined page having two fields: Fiscal Year and District Software, each with valid values.

EMIS change 25-95 updates the name of subject code 111350 from Modeling and Quantitative Reasoning to Quantitative Reasoning. As part of this update, the subject name has been revised.

As part of the 2024-2025 DOE updates, implemented the following:

• EMIS Change 25-49 updates the definition of the Score option MED from Medium risk to Medium/Moderate risk.
• EMIS Change 25-66 updates the Score Not Reported option B from Parent Refusal to Parent/Adult Student Refusal to include adult students.
• EMIS Change 25-61 introduces options for the Core Area Code and the Subject Area for Credit:
  • CORE Area Code (STUDENT GRADUATION–CORE SUMMARY (GC) RECORD): Options include ENE, MTE, SCE, and SOE.
  • Subject Area for Credit Element (COURSE MASTER (CN) RECORD): Options include ENE, MTE, SCE, and SOE.

As part of the 2024-2025 DOE updates, implemented the following:

• EMIS Change 25-1: Outdated program codes 520021 and 520022 have been removed from GQ records.
• EMIS Change 25-24: A new retained/promoted status option, P, has been added for FN records.
• EMIS Change 25-30: The description for program code 151510 has been updated for GQ records.
• EMIS Change 25-34: The description for program codes 520205 and 520210 have been modified for GQ records.

Updated the District Software field for the DN download to display the value selected from the EMIS District Software, replacing the previously hardcoded value of SIS-ES.

Added the Ohio Contact Address fields to the Advanced Search and Contact Mass Update pages.
