Added the Tier 1 DS - Parent Consent and Tier 1 DS - Teacher Request fields on the EMIS Student Attribute - No Date page for a few SPARCC districts.

Student/Course Downloads, EMIS Submission File, and Student Download Summary

Added the Count of Graduation Credits at Entry data element to the FN Student Download and Extract.

• This data element reports the total number of credits a student has earned toward graduation as of the beginning of the current school year.

• The valid range for this count is from 00.00 through 99.99.

• For continuing students, it includes all credits earned by the end of the previous school year and any credits earned over the summer.

• For new students, the count includes all credits earned at previous schools and districts.

• Students who have not earned any graduation credits will be reported with a default value of 0000.

• Students with any earned credits will be reported with a value other than 0000, regardless of their grade level.
