Use the CA Attendance Recovery Report to review and extract attendance recovery data for students. This report supports California state reporting by helping ensure recovered attendance is properly tracked and validated before submission.
The report provides a view of attendance recovery data, including:

The report will include all active/inactive students with the following fields:

The report output provides data for each building in separate tabs within a CSV file.
If a building has no students enrolled in Attendance Recovery, the message “No data found for this building.” will be displayed.
The detail portion of the report contains the total hours accumulated from attendance, the excess hours for the week, the adjustments made for each week, the total adjusted hours, and the end result after adjustments for the student. In the building report header, the number of holidays in a week is shown.
The summary page is organized by building. It includes the month number, the number of days in session, the excess hours and days, and the recoverable ADA for the month. This is totaled for a 10-month period for the building. The report output provides data for each building in separate tabs within a CSV file.
