California Reports

The table below provides an overview for the reports required for California State Reporting. This section will describe each report.

Description

CA Attendance Detail Register

Used to validate attendance data prior to submitting Attendance Reports to the State. Prints details that include days in session, enrollment/absences by student throughout report period, and Group enrollment/absence counts by building and for the district.

CA Attendance Summary Register

Used to validate attendance data prior to submitting Attendance Reports to the State. Prints summary information about days in session, enrollment/absences by student throughout report period, and Group enrollment/absence counts by building and for the district.

Run 240 Minute Calculation

If a student attends class for less than 240 minutes a day then their attendance information has to be reported separately. This report will determine what students meet this criteria and produce a report.

CA Recovery Report

For students who are in at a Continuation School (an intensive instructional facility for students who are in jeopardy of not graduating on time). A student's hours a Continuation School is limited to 15 hours per week; however, the student may chose to bank their hours backwards if they go over 15 hours in one week. This report shows the adjustment of hours and the adjusted ADA values for students.

CA J-18/19 Report

Districts use this report to submit annual and semi-annual Attendance data to the State. When you print this report, you will get the information that you need to submit to the State regarding Average Daily Attendance, Enrollment and Enrollees.

CA Grade Span Adjustment Grades K-3

This report gives you summary information about the average class size for the filter that you select and the corresponding apportionment. Any student with an open CACSR program vector will be included on this report. You should close the program vectors at the end of the year for all students and mass generate the program for the appropriate students for the new year.

CA Grade Span Adjustment Grades K-3 Detail

This report gives you detailed information about the average class size for the filter that you select and the corresponding apportionment.

CA Grade Span Adjustment by Teacher

This report prints the daily class sizes and year-to-date class size average by teacher. In order for the report to work properly, the district must have homeroom tracking set up and could have staff/room tracking set up.

CA Time-Based Attendance Detail Registers

This report is used for reporting attendance at Continuation Schools.

CA Time-Based Daily Attendance Report

This report can be used to verify that the information on the CA Time-Based Attendance Register is correct. It will show four weeks worth of daily data.

CA Summer School Attendance

This report shows the minutes that the students in a summer school course have been present.

CA Program Error Scan

You can use this report to determine which students have mismatches between their program start and end dates and Entry/Withdrawal dates. This is only needed if you use an L type link in your program. You should always run this prior to printing the Class Size Reduction by Teacher report and the Attendance Detail Report.

CA School Immunization Record (Blue Card)

This menu option will produce the Blue Card.

CA Course Class Size

This option will create a csv file that includes class size for each day that a course meets. It also includes some average and maximum values.

NOTE: The baseline eSchoolPlus End of Day Teacher Status report has been modified for California to include the required Certification wording.
