eSchoolPlus: Student Demographics and Section/ Student Section

The logic is updated to ensure:

• Student Characteristics 19 and 20 align with the program and enrollment dates. Records are created when the Bilingual Summer Indicator = Y and the program overlaps with student E/W dates, covering both regular and summer programs with end dates taken from the provided value or left blank if none exists.

• Student Section reporting now includes all master schedule courses, including extended-year dual summer courses.

• DEX setting: FirstSchoolYearDayForDistrict option allows districts to set a custom school year start date, ensuring enrollments—including summer school—align with reporting requirements.
