PSSR-396989 | eSchoolPlus: Section | A fix was implemented in the TX DEX system to resolve the issue where year-long course sections were being assigned only Course Sequence 2 without a corresponding Sequence 1. The SECTION logic was updated to correctly handle sequences '12' and 'D12' by including two sequence sets—one with Course Sequence 1 and the other with Course Sequence 2—in a single JSON record for the section. Only one section record will be processed, as before, but both course sequences will now be reported. The number of records processed remains unchanged. |
PSSR-397577 | PowerSchool SIS: Update to Student Demographic resource | Resolved Fatal Error 40100-0188 for students promoted after EOY rollover by ensuring dyslexia screening validation checks the student’s grade for the 2024–25 school year, not the new 2025–26 grade. Logic now correctly evaluates the prior school year’s grade level. |
PSSR-397395 | eSchoolPlus: Child Find | DEX processing for the ECI Service Date has been updated to evaluate both eSP Field 9 (ECI Start Date) and Field 11 (Original ECI Start Date). The earlier of the two dates is now published. If data is present in Field 9, that date is prioritized and published. If Field 9 is blank but Field 11 contains data, the Field 11 date is published. When both fields contain values, the earliest date is selected and published. |
PSSR-396801 | eSchoolPlus: Student Demographic | The logic has been updated for the Migrant Indicator to be pulled directly from the Program screen. The indicator will be reported for the current school year, even if the vector is closed, with the appropriate start and end dates. In cases where a student has multiple migrant vectors, each will be reported separately with its corresponding dates. |
PSSR-396472 | eSchoolPlus: Student Section Association | The logic has been updated to pull dates for non-scheduled courses from the Mark Reporting Detail page. If the dates are not available there, the start date will be pulled from the enrollment date and the end date from the marking period date, as per the earlier logic. |
