eSchoolPlus: Student Demographics Updates

The reporting for Bilingual/ESL Summer School (Student Characteristic 19) has been updated to include only program records from the current school year, with start and end dates checked to ensure they fall within the school year’s date range, so that programs ending during the year are still correctly included in DEX.

eSchoolPlus: Student Demographics

Reporting for Current School Year (Student Characteristic 20) has been added. The system will now check for active program records with Program ID 146 and Field Number 508 set to “Y” . The Student Characteristic 20 will be published in DEX records.

eSchoolPlus: Staff Section Updates

The system has been updated to publish the AdditionalDaysProgramTeacher indicator in Staff Section Association when the ADSY Indicator checkbox is selected on the Staff Date Tracking screen in the Master Schedule. This indicator will now be reported with a value of True if the ADSY field is set to “Y” for records in the Extended Year (Submission Type 4). If the field has any other value, the indicator will not be published. This ensures that DEX accurately reflects staff participation in the Additional Days School Year program.
