Updated the Foreign Exchange Grad Plan field label as Foreign Exchange Student in the EMIS Student Attribute - Date district-defined page and the EMIS Student Attribute Program page.

Updated the following as part of EMIS Change 25-31:

Added 16 subject codes (340216, 340217, 340246, 340247, 340252, 340253, 340254, 340350, 145130, 145135, 145140, 145145, 145150, 145155, 145160, and 145165) to the Course Code validation table:

Updated four existing subject code descriptions:

The following changes are included in this release:

• When the page loads, the EMIS Programs will appear with a blank row.
• A blank row will be added at the end when data is inserted into the previous row.
• If only the start date is entered and the user clicks save, a message will be displayed indicating that the required field is missing its value.
• If the end date is earlier than the start date, an error will be displayed.
• The Add button will be removed from the section panel.
• The blank row will be added based on the user-level access.
• If only the EMIS Program is added without the start date, an error will be triggered for missing the start date.

As part of EMIS Changes 25-39, added the Local Use Identification Code element to the GI Record in the file layout and Local Use ID on the UI. This field is only applicable during the SCR Download period.

As part of EMIS Changes 25-32, added the DRI code to the Core Area and Credit Area validation tables. The Credit Required value is set to 0.0000 for the Core Area validation table.

As part of EMIS Changes 25-21, removed the Early Learning Assessment Type from the EMIS Submission Download and Extract.

As part of EMIS Changes 25-101, removed the Score Not Reported option R for the Childhood Outcome Summary (COS).

Implemented a new validation for the Preschool COS Assessment (ASSESSMENT_GM). If the Score Not Reported value is set to R, the following error message is displayed, and the records will not be processed.

Error message: Error (R) is not a valid option for XX OHIO-eco test X. The record for student: XXX has been skipped.
