Master Schedule Collection (MSC) - F Record

  • Updated the codes 1, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10 as inactive in the VA Work-Based validation table.

  • Replaced the 50% Course Enrollment Flag with a filler, as it is no longer required.

  • Added new fillers after Responsible School for Class Periods Present and Class Periods Absent.

  • Added the Career Pathway Dual Enrollment Flag (Default: N) data element after the new fillers.

    • UI: Added a checkbox in the menu path: Scheduling – Student Schedule – Schedule Entry – Course – Other Student Course Information – VA Course Enrollment.

  • Added two fillers at the end of the F Record.

  • Added the Target Language (Numeric, 4 digits) field after the Interdisciplinary Flag.

  • UI: Added a dropdown menu in the path: Scheduling – Courses – Course Sections – VA Course Information.

  • Options: English, Spanish, French, German, ASL, Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Urdu.
