Student Record Collection (SRC)

When students have both ‘R’ and ‘N’ calendar records, in those cases, the ‘N’ record is excluded, and the ‘R’ record falls outside the submission date range.

For student ABC, there are two entry records with buildings (X and Y). Building X is not considered because the student’s registered building is Y. If we run the process for building Y, this student will be included since one calendar record falls outside the submission date range, but the other falls within the range — therefore, the student qualifies for processing.

The pattern for these students is no-show students.

If the student is coming after the reporting period and has an N record, then that will be included.
