ESP-110029	Student Record Collection (SRC)	For the following processing, updated the Warning message: If Immigrant N, SLIFE N, no EL code → date still defaulted to null (unchanged). If Immigrant N, SLIFE N, EL code present → date is retained and appears on the submission file. Warning message: The Date of Entry into US Schools field has been defaulted to Null because the Immigrant field and SLIFE Flag are N, and the Receiving EL Service Code is blank.
