The Master Schedule Collection includes staff information, linking teachers with qualification data and with students taught on a course-by-course basis. To prepare staff data for the MSC submissions, you will need to set up the following:

District-defined staff data on the VA Staff page.

Course-specific staff information through the Master Schedule Course Information page's Staff Info link (Scheduling > Courses > Course Sections > Master Schedule > Staff Info link).

Links between secondary staff members and students taught for a particular course (Scheduling > Courses > Course Sections > Student Linking).
