Updated processing to retrieve the Withdrawal Date regardless of its value. Previously, if the withdrawal date was null, the end date was incorrectly derived from the reporting period. Now, even when the withdrawal date is null, it is still used appropriately in the Remote Instruction Percent of Time field calculation. |
