ESP-101445

SBAR Collection

Added the Expulsion Flag field after the Responsible School element in SBAR. Earlier, this was a filler.

• Field Length: 1

• Valid Values: Y, N

Added a checkbox to the Offender Detail page in the Other Offender Information panel and the VA Offender Information sub-panel. It is the last field after Alternate Placement School.

SBAR Collection

Added the Responsible School element to the SBAR download and extract. This element applies only to the Student Event B record.

The element is added after Responsible Division in the download and extract.

• Maximum length: 4 characters.

• Added functionality to retrieve the student’s enrolled building as the responsible school when the responsible building Program value is not set for the student.

SBAR Collection

Added the Responsible Division element to the SBAR download and extract. This element applies only to the Student Event B record.

• The element is added after the Indeterminate Victim Flag in the download and extract.

• Maximum length: 3 characters.

ESP-100096

SIF Unity

Updated the SIF Unity processing to move unprocessed event transactions to log tables.

Scenario: A large number of unprocessed records in the event tables, including records with data issues and invalid action types, were causing valid events to stack up. This increased the processing time beyond the agent’s 15-minute runtime, leading to stacking up the valid records as the application restarts without completing the processing.
