Other Offender Information (VA Offender Information) and Offenders (Offender Detail)

• Validation Enhancements
  Added validation rules to the Interventions, All, Office, Incident Detail, Offenders (Offender Detail), Other Offender Information (VA Offender Information) page to ensure all mandatory fields are filled before saving. Error messages will appear immediately on the screen if conditions are not met, and the page cannot be saved until all validations are satisfied.

• Validations Implemented
  Other Offender Information (VA Offender Information)

  • If the Incident Type is PD1, PD11, PD12, or PD15, the Number of Firearms Confiscated cannot be 0.

  • If the Incident Type is BESO15, BESO16, BSC26, BSC27, PD2, PD5, PD6, PD13, or PD14, the Number of Non-firearms Confiscated cannot be 0.

  • The Firearms Code is required if the Incident Type is PD1, PD6, PD11, PD12, or PD15.

  • If the Incident Type is BSC21, BESO17, and PD1 through PD16, the Law Enforcement Notified Flag must be Y.

  • The Instructional Support Services is required if the Offense Action Code State Equivalency is OSS_DA, OSS_SA, or ALT_DA.

• Offender Detail

  • The Actual Duration is required if the Offense Action State Equivalency is any value other than None.

• Validation Enhancements
  Added validation rules to the Interventions, All, Office, Incident Detail page to ensure mandatory fields are filled before saving. Error messages will appear immediately on the screen if conditions are not met, and the page cannot be saved until all validations are satisfied.

• Validations Implemented

  • The Time field is required.

  • The Incident Timeframe field is required.

  • The Location field is required.

  • Victim – Required if Incident Type is BSO10, RB1, RB2, RB5, RB9, BSC6, BSC7, BCS8, BSC18, BSC19, BSC21, BSC22, BESO1, BESO2, BESO4, BESO11, BESO12, BESO13, BESO14, BESO15, BESO16, BESO17, PD1, PD2, PD3, PD4, PD5, PD6, PD7, PD8, PD9, or PD10.

Added validation to ensure that when updating the Credit Awarded Flag, Building Type must be High School, and Earn Credit must be greater than zero.
