For the Spring term, the data elements Address Line 1 and Zip Code (Student Record Collection) are required if the Grade Code is 11 or 12 unless the Parent Opt-out Flag is set to Y. If these fields are missing, the following error message will be triggered. Error message: Provide Address Line 1 and Zip Code for Grades 11 or 12 unless the Parent Opt-out Flag is set to Y in the SRC record. |
