ESP-99463	OR Medical Report	Updated the logic to check the number of doses when there is an exemption added for MMR. If there is zero or one dose and an exemption is added to MMR, then the exemption count will be added to Measles only, Mumps and Rubella will not be counted. If there is an exemption added for MMR, then all three (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) will have the count.
ESP-99299	Withdrawal Code	Added the following codes to the Withdrawal Code dropdown menu: 00 - Not Applicable 1A - Same District - School Not Specified 3G - Withdrew for Personal or Academic Reasons Modified description for existing codes: 1B, 2A, 2D, 3D, 4B, 4C, 4D, 4E, 5A, 5B, and 5C to align with state layout.
