Corrected the description of labels in Sections F, G, and H Report and Section A Report according to state report.

ESP-99463

OR Medical Report

Updated the logic to check the number of doses when there is an exemption added for MMR.

If there is zero or one dose and an exemption is added to MMR, then the exemption count will be added to Measles only, Mumps and Rubella will not be counted.
If there is an exemption added for MMR, then all three (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) will have the count.
