EdPlan Report - CSV and SFTP Integration

Implemented the integration of the EdPlan Report to generate a CSV file with student records from selected buildings, and includes an option for SFTP transfer based on configured settings.

District Definition

Added the OR EDPlan section under General Setup > Module Setup > District > District Definition with configuration options to enable integration and maintain SFTP connection details, including URL, username, password, port, and SFTP folder.

Graduation Pathways

Updated the graduation pathway for:

• Performance improvements to the main query resolve the issue of the report getting stuck at 100% when run for larger student populations.

• A warning message is displayed in the download/extract log for such students: "Graduation Requirement value is not set on Academic Page for Student ID: XXXXX" — allowing users to identify and correct these records before submission to the state.

Added the OR EdPlan report, including Building, SFTP Transfer, and Run.

Menu path: Regulatory – Reports – OR EdPlan

The Run option supports standard report scheduling capabilities, allowing users to schedule report generation using existing options such as Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and other available scheduling frequencies.
