Validation has been implemented to ensure the field is populated when required based on business rules for specific ADM End Date Codes and Diploma Types. Additionally, the BilLitMultiLitSealCd field has been added to the Download Search and Summary pages to support data review and ensure compliance with ADM reporting requirements. Business requirement: Biliteracy/Multiliteracy Seal Code is required for ADM End Date Code - 4C/4F/4G for Student XXXXXXX. Biliteracy/Multiliteracy Seal Code is required for ADM End Date Code - 4A when Diploma Type is 1, 2, or 4 for Student XXXXXX.
ESP-110237	Validation Tables (Federal Placement)	Updated the Federal Placement Code dropdown to align with the latest reporting requirements. Removed codes 14 (NA - Future Use), 15 (NA - Future Use), 17 (NA - Future Use), 21 (Early Childhood Special Education Setting), and 28 (Other Setting) from the Federal Placement Code dropdown. Updated code descriptions: 23 → Less Than 50% of the Time in Early Childhood Program 25 → Separate Class 27 → Service Provider Location
ESP-113296	OR Medical Card	Resolved the Enrollment counts to include all eligible students by accounting for those marked as exempt without an exemption value, ensuring totals align with combined vaccine and exemption counts.
